Trucking Maintenance Clerk

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clerical Assistant to join our maintenance team. This role is essential in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance office. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills, be proficient in computer literacy, and have experience with office management tasks related to the trucking and transportation industry.

Duties

• Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management.
• Assist with invoice processing
• Assist with incoming calls and inquiries from vendors as needed
• Support additional maintenance office needs as directed

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Shop Assistant at a trucking company is highly desirable.
• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in data entry functions
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
