Truss Assembler

Overview

Join our team as a Truss Assembler, where you will play a vital role in constructing high-quality floor trusses and structural components for commercial and residential building projects. Your expertise will help ensure that each project is completed on time, adhering to safety standards and quality specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assemble floor trusses and structural frameworks according to detailed schematics, blueprints, and drawings.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to cut, assemble, and install components.
• Measure and mark materials precisely to ensure accurate fitting and alignment during assembly.
• Follow safety protocols rigorously to maintain a secure work environment on construction sites.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• Assist with framing, metal stud framing, and other carpentry tasks related to building structures.
• Conduct inspections of assembled components for quality assurance before installation or shipment.

Experience

• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and woodworking machinery.
• Knowledge of construction management principles and safety procedures on active sites.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday.
• Prior work experience in framing carpentry or truss assembly will be an advantage.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
