Truss Assembler

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately assemble trusses according to specifications
• Measure dimensional specifications precisely using tape measures and other measuring devices
• Install metal building components, including metal studs and framing elements, ensuring structural integrity
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols
• Conduct quality checks on assembled trusses, verifying measurements and structural alignment before delivery or installation

Experience

• Knowledge of forklift operation is a plus
• Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and interpreting technical drawings
• Hands-on experience with rebar installation, concrete forming, drywall installation, or masonry work is a plus
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently is desirable
• Basic understanding of construction plans and basic math skills for accurate measurements
• Prior experience in any field demonstrating familiarity with safety standards and teamwork

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
