Trust Accounts Officer

About the Role
Our client is seeking a Trust Accounts Officer to join their established finance team based in Brisbane CBD. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounts professional to take on a varied and rewarding role, managing trust account transactions and supporting key financial operations. Working within a collaborative and supportive team, you'll play an important role in ensuring the accurate and compliant management of trust accounts while further developing your skills within a well-regarded national organisation.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Process daily trust account payments and transfers
• Complete trust bank reconciliations and reporting
• Manage trust receipting, investments and account records
• Coordinate payment approvals and compliance processes
• Provide support across the broader finance team as required

About You

• Previous experience in an Accounts Officer or Trust Accounts role
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Legal or professional services experience highly regarded
