Trust Advisor

Company Overview: A prestigious law firm founded in 1899 and headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, specializes in servicing national and international clients across strategic practice areas. They are seeking a Trust Advisor to join their Wealth Management Group.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Trustees with administrative decisions and ensure accounts are administered according to document terms.
• Maintain frequent direct contact with multiple generations of family members.
• Support partners and clients on financial, personal, and estate planning matters.
• Monitor cash flow, perform budget analysis, and assist with financial planning decisions.
• Coordinate account activity, including receipts, disbursements, and account management.
• Oversee asset custody and coordinate with external advisors and family consultants.
• Ensure effective inter-departmental communication and service coordination.

Qualifications:

• Financial, accounting, or legal background with a related degree required.
• Strong understanding of income taxes, investments, and estate planning.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with high-net-worth clients.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Complex project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects.

Compensation: Salary: $120,000 – $180,000
