Responsibilities:

• Filing and handling of paperwork relating to trust legal documents, including but not limited to new trust set up
• documents and drafting of related onshore/offshore company and trust resolutions;Conduct KYC checks on trust related parties;
• Stayed updated on laws and regulations related to trust and tax;
• Complete all other ad hoc assignments in timely manner.
• Must possess valid legal authorization to work in Singapore.

Job requirement：

• Minimum Diploma in accountancy, finance, business administration or legal studies/law from reputable educational institution such as NUS, NTU or SMU or equivalent;
• Availability to work a minimum of 2 days per week， prefer 5 days per week;
• Fluent in written and spoken English, ability to speak and read Chinese is a plus;
• Necessary to work carefully and have a sense of responsibility;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Strong organization and administrative skills;
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team

主要任务：

• 负责处理与信托法律文件相关的文件归档和管理工作，包括但不限于新信托设立文件以及起草相关的国 内/海外公司和信托决议；
• 对信托相关方进行尽职调查（KYC）；
• 保持对信托和税务相关法律和法规的更新；
• 及时完成所有其他临时分配的任务。

任职要求：

• 必须拥有会计、金融、商业管理或法律研究/法学的文凭，该文凭应来自如新加坡国立大学（NUS）、南洋理工大学（NTU）或新加坡管理大学（SMU）等知名教育机构或其同等水平的院校；
• 能够每周至少工作 2 天,最好可以每周5天；
• 英语书面和口语流利，能够说和读中文者优先；
• 必须认真工作，具有责任感；
• 良好的人际交往和沟通技巧；
• 强大的组织和行政能力；
• 能够独立工作，也能在团队中协作；
• 须具备在新加坡合法工作的权利（如有效的工作准证或符合实习相关规定的合法身份）。
