Trust Manager

We are seeking high-calibre and self-motivated candidates to join our Trust Operations Department. This position is primarily responsible for supervising and providing guidance to trust operations team in handling corporate service and trust related matters to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise a team to handle a full spectrum of Trust operations matters;
• Responsible for managing a portfolio of trusts, both private and corporate trusts (ESOP);
• Assisting clients with filling documents with the relevant authorities in a timely manner;
• Preparing and/or reviewing operation documents of corporate services and trust services;
• Monitor the renewal of license fees for clients’ companies;
• Ensuring compliance with the relevant AML laws and regulations in conducting corporate services;
• Ensure all administration, legal and compliance requirements are met, identify any legal, investment or tax issues in relation to trusts and underlying companies under administration Maintaining a proper filing system of contracts and operation documents

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Governance, Law, Accounting, or other relevant disciplines;
• A minimum of 5 years working experience in Trust / TCSP license company related disciplines;
• Hold of Certified Trust Practitioner is an advantage.
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin Chinese;
• Good computer literacy and research skill;
• Ability to work independently; and
• Attention to detail, organised and self-motivated.
