Trust Operation Manager / Senior Manager

My client is the multi family office platform of one leading Chinese Financial Institution.

Responsibilities

Formulating control measures relating to daily trust operation including system development and support of the trust business activities and streamline work flows by updating procedure manuals and guideline regularly.

Effective delivery of trust administration, information system building and client support

Lead end-to-end development of trust management platforms, covering front-to-back office workflows (e.g., project lifecycle tracking, automated compliance checks, financial reporting, real-time risk monitoring)

Working with supervisors in streamlining operation procedures and ensure the work output of the Section adhering to all established risk control guidelines, procedures as well as identify measures to assess, report, mitigate and monitor the risks involved in the day-to-day work.

Responsibilities

University graduate, preferably in a related disciplines over 10 years’ experience working in trust administration with 3 years in supervisory role preferred

Good knowledge in customer due diligence requirements for private trust clients and trust compliance will be preferred, e.g. FATCA & CRS regulations and guideline

Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and independently

As a good team player with good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills

Preferably possess / obtain Core or Professional level of qualification under the HKMA Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF)

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
