Trusts & Estates Associate | Philadelphia Suburbs | Hybrid

LHH is partnering with a highly regarded midsize suburban Philadelphia law firm on a unique Trusts & Estates UNPOSTED role for an attorney who enjoys sophisticated estate planning work but doesn't necessarily want the structure or billable pressure of a large firm.

This role offers the chance to work directly with high-net-worth individuals, developers, business owners, and multi-generational families on complex planning matters, alongside a well-respected trusts & estates partner.

The firm is focused on finding a perfect match for this role and less on the number of years practiced but rather the type of experience the candidate has (can you believe it?!)

Qualifications:

• Admission to practice in PA and eligible to waive into NJ
• Must have experience with advanced estate planning strategies, including Spousal Lifetime Access Trusts (SLATs), Dynasty Trusts and GST planning, Charitable Remainder Trusts, Intentionally Defective Grantor Trusts (IDGTs), Business succession planning, Estate and gift tax returns, Estate administration
• LL.M. in Taxation preferred, but not required
• Need to have reliable transportation and valid Driver's License to attend client meetings etc.

Compensation/benefits:

• Generous base salary based on experience

• Firm strongly supports attorneys who want to grow their book of business - firm is willing to pay for dedicated development resources (marketing, coaches, meals/tickets for client-development activities)
• Technology focused firm (have on site software training resource monthly to ensure everyone is on same page with all of technology and specialized practice-group software)
• Ability to move quickly for right candidate
