Role Purpose

Drive primary & secondary sales, expand distribution/ Customer base and deliver profitable growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly/quarterly sales targets (volume + value)
• Manage and grow dealer/distributor / Customer base
• Drive secondary sales & market share
• Identify and appoint new distributors / dealers / customers
• Execute pricing, promotions, schemes
• Monitor payment collections & credit discipline
• Track competitor activities and market trends

Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years in B2B / retail sales
• Strong territory handling experience
• Proven track record of target achievement
• Good distributor / customer management skills
