TSquared Lab is Singapore's premier transformation hub for elite Personal Training, Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, and Holistic Wellness. We're looking for a high-energy, client-obsessed Front Desk & Receptionist to join our HarbourFront location. The Front Desk is the beating heart of daily operations and the soul of our client journey. Key responsibilities

• Greet and farewell all clients with warmth and professionalism—every interaction sets the tone
• Manage smooth check-in/check-out flows across all services (PT, Physio, Osteo, Stretch Therapy)
• Coordinate and update bookings via MindbodyOnline
• Handle all inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, DMs, and emails with quick, clear, and courteous responses
• Recognize returning clients by name, understand their preferences, and personalise every interaction accordingly
• Manage feedback collection and escalate client issues to relevant departments promptly and discreetly
• Process all transactions accurately using MindbodyOnline, including packages, à la carte services, and retail items
• Perform daily end-of-day payment reconciliation across all cashless platforms
• Maintain accurate and updated client records, attendance logs, and waiver documentation
• Maintain a spotless, organised, and welcoming reception and lounge area

About you

• At least 2–4 years of experience in a front-of-house, healthcare, hospitality, or wellness setting
• Impeccable spoken and written English is a must
• Fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred to better support our diverse clientele
• Warm, confident, and professionally presentable—an effortless host and organiser
• Familiarity with MindbodyOnline or similar CRM/POS software
• High attention to detail and comfort with numbers—especially for reconciling payments and insurance documentation
• Able to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced, premium environment
• A genuine passion for service, wellness, and elevating client experiences
