🔧 What You'll Be Doing

• Directing vehicles and pedestrians safely through work zones
• Setting up and packing down traffic management sites
• Installing and maintaining signs, cones, and barriers
• Communicating with crews via two-way radios
• Monitoring site safety and identifying hazards
• Providing clear directions and assistance to the public
• Following Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) and site procedures

🚦 STMS Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Traffic Management Plans (TMPs)
• Conduct toolbox talks and site briefings
• Lead crews and support the development of TMOs and TTM Workers
• Ensure sites remain compliant and safe for workers and road users

🚧 What We're Looking For

STMS Applicants

• Current STMS Warrant (A/B or L1/L2 preferred)
• Full Class 1 Licence (Class 2 advantageous)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven commitment to health and safety

TMO Applicants

• Current TMO Warrant (or willingness to obtain one)
• Full Class 1 Licence
• Reliable, physically fit, and comfortable working outdoors
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude

TTM Workers

• Traffic management experience is beneficial
• Willingness to gain TTM/TMO qualifications
• Reliable transport and flexible availability
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

✅ Requirements

• Ability to work day, night, and weekend shifts when required
• Reliable transport to and from work
• Valid right to work in New Zealand
• Commitment to safe work practices and teamwork
