Roles & Responsibilities
Manage TTO operations, machines and coding accuracy.
Handle manpower, shifts and operator training.
Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Maintenance and Stores.
Monitor downtime, breakdowns, ribbon usage and rejections.
Ensure SOP, GMP, hygiene and food safety compliance.
Maintain TTO records and performance reports.
Troubleshoot TTO issues and ensure smooth changeovers.
Experience: 4-7 years in FMCG/food/packaging/manufacturing.
