Tukang Jahit (Sewing Operator)

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Tukang Jahit (Sewing Operator) to join our production team. You will be responsible for sewing samples and products according to given patterns and measurements of quality standard.

Responsibilities:

• Sew samples, and garment related items according to given specifications and measurements
• Ensure finished products meets quality and neatness standards
• Handle industrial sewing machines and related equipment safely
• Perform alterations on fabric as needed
• Manage fabric cutting and stitching in an efficient and timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant sewing/tailoring experience (curtain or garment industry preferred)
• Able to operate industrial sewing machines competently
• Detail-oriented, patient, and able to work efficiently under deadlines
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic understanding of measurements and fabric handling
• Punctual and reliable
