Tumbling Coach

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Tumbling Coach to join our team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality coaching sessions to children and young people of varying ages and abilities, focusing on acrobatics, tumbling, strength and flexibility development.

You will play a key role in developing safe, structured and engaging classes that support progression while ensuring all participants enjoy their experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging acro and tumbling sessions for children aged 3–16
• Teach safe progressions for rolls, cartwheels, walkovers, handsprings and advanced tumbling skills
• Adapt coaching to suit beginner through to advanced levels
• Ensure a safe, positive and inclusive training environment at all times
• Support students in building strength, flexibility, coordination and confidence
• Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback
• Assist in preparing students for displays, showcases or competitions (if applicable)
• Maintain safeguarding and health & safety standards at all times
• Communicate professionally with parents, staff and management
• Support general club operations when required

Person Specification

• Previous experience coaching acrobatics, tumbling, gymnastics or cheerleading
• Strong knowledge of safe skill progressions
• Confident working with children and young people
• Energetic, positive and motivating coaching style
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, punctual and professional
• A recognised coaching qualification
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £13.00-£20.00 per hour
