You will be responsible for the end-to-end technical execution of complex subsystems, acting as the primary bridge between design Centers of Excellence (COE), project management, and site execution teams. Your mandate is to ensure that diverse technical components function as a high-performance, cost-optimized, and reliable whole from project kick-off through final commissioning.

Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Technical Leadership System Ownership

  • **Technical Lead:**Act as the single point of technical accountability for all Turbine and Valve subsystems. Propose innovative technical solutions that meet contract requirements while driving product cost-out and performance optimization.
  • **Design Governance:**Oversee the technical integrity of all engineering deliverables, including drawings, calculation notes, and BOMs. Ensure designs strictly adhere to Customer specifications and GE engineering rules (DP).
  • **Technical Optimization:**Collaborate with COEs and HPM (Hydro Product Management) to identify cost-reduction opportunities without compromising quality or delivery schedules.

  • **Issue Resolution:**Direct technical root cause analysis (RCA) for any technical deviations or site-related Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs). Provide rapid corrective action to maintain project momentum.
  • **Stakeholder Interface:**Serve as the primary technical voice for the Customer, consortium partners, supply chain and site teams. Translate complex technical requirements into actionable project deliverables.

Continuous Improvement Reporting
