Role Overview: As a Customer Specialist , you will act as a key contact for customers, assisting them with questions, requests, account matters, products, services, and other support needs. Using phone, email, chat, and other communication channels, you’ll provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure customers receive a professional and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient customer support through phone, email, chat, and other available channels
• Respond to customer questions regarding accounts, products, services, orders, and general requests
• Understand customer needs and provide clear, accurate, and appropriate solutions
• Assist customers with company procedures, policies, platforms, and available services
• Handle customer concerns and complaints with patience, professionalism, and a solution-focused approach
• Record customer interactions, requests, actions, and resolutions accurately in internal systems
• Escalate complex, urgent, or sensitive cases to the appropriate department when required
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer issues and requests are resolved efficiently
• Meet established targets related to customer satisfaction, service quality, productivity, response times, and resolution rates
• Keep your knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures up to date through training and continuous development
• Contribute to a positive customer experience by providing empathetic, reliable, and professional assistance

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Turkish (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Bulgarian residency card
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the CS field
