Turkish Trainer - Customer Service Industry

Turkish Trainer position, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Good English & Turkish communication skills, both written and verbal.
• At least 6 months of relevant experience, preferably in Training, Customer Service, or a similar role.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to deliver training sessions and explain information clearly.
• Strong learning ability and willingness to develop.
• Good understanding of customer service standards and SOPs.
• Teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively with different teams.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in coaching, monitoring, or quality is a plus.

Pay: E£20,000.00 - E£25,000.00 per month
