Turn One Performance Driving Program Coordinator

Carolina Motorsports Park and Turn One Performance Driving are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Turn One Performance Driving Program Coordinator to assist with the planning and management of our high-performance driving program. The Program Coordinator will work closely with the Turn One General Manager to maintain a safe and welcoming environment, communicate with participants, assist with event planning, handle event logistics and more.

The Program Coordinator should be comfortable communicating directly with customers (including but not limited to, law enforcement officers and departments), managing multiple moving pieces, using technology and digital registration platforms, managing event setup and cleanup, traveling out of state for events, and have a genuine knowledge and enthusiasm for cars and motorsports.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented with strong communication skills. This person enjoys problem-solving without constant supervision. They must be comfortable working in a fast-paced outdoor environment with moving vehicles, working with a variety of people, and familiar with the nature of motorsports events.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate participant registration and event administration using digital platforms, including but not limited to MotorsportReg and Driving Evals.
• Communicate directly with participants before, during and after events regarding registration, schedules, requirements and general questions.
• Assist the Turn One General Manager with planning and coordination of events.
• Assist with management of program activities and event logistics.
• Manage event setup, on-site operations, and post-event cleanup.
• Maintain accurate participant, event and program information.
• Help maintain Turn One Performance Driving's digital presence, including but not limited to Facebook and Instagram
• Manage updates and content for the Turn One Performance Driving website using WIX as a website tool.
• Work professionally with a variety of clientele; including but not limited to professional drivers, law enforcement officers and departments, large groups of people.
• Ability to travel and assist with events held at facilities outside of Carolina Motorsports Park.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support Turn One Performance Driving events and programs.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A strong knowledge and genuine interest in cars and motorsports.
• Comfort learning and working with online registration and technology.
• Experience managing business or organizational social media accounts.
• Experience with WIX or similar website-management tools preferred.
• Ability and willingness to travel for out-of-state events.
• Ability to work professionally with customers.
• Availability to work event schedules, including weekends as required.
• Experience with performance driving or racing is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: based on experience

Schedule: Weekdays and Weekends

Pay: From $30,000.00 per year
