Turn Over Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspection and punch listing of completed units, buildings, amenities, and project areas prior to turnover.
• Verify that all construction works are completed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain turnover checklists, inspection reports, punch lists, and other required documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and project teams regarding incomplete, defective, or outstanding works.
• Monitor the rectification of punch list items and conduct re-inspections to ensure that deficiencies are properly corrected.
• Coordinate with Property Management, After Sales, QA/QC, and other concerned departments during the turnover process.
• Ensure that all required documents, plans, warranties, manuals, permits, and other turnover requirements are complete and properly endorsed.
• Conduct joint inspections with clients, unit owners, or authorized representatives when required.
• Document and report any issues or deficiencies that may affect the scheduled turnover.
• Monitor turnover schedules and ensure that units or project areas are ready for acceptance within the required timeline.
• Assist in resolving technical concerns and coordinate with the appropriate engineering or construction team for corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of completed turnovers, pending items, and rectification status.
• Prepare regular reports and updates on the status of unit/project turnovers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable construction and engineering requirements.
• Perform other related duties that may be assigned by Management.

Qualifications

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
