Turnover Engineer (Cagayan de Oro)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the Project Manager in monitoring progress of unit deliverables for residential, parking, and common areas.
• Support the preparation, verification, and submission of turnover documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants on day-to-day project activities.
• Track progress reports, cost updates, and scope changes for endorsement to the Project Manager.
• Prepare draft project reports, meeting minutes, and presentations for review and submission.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor compliance with safety, housekeeping, and quality standards.
• Assist in identifying risks/issues and escalate to the Project Manager for resolution.
• Perform assigned tasks and provide administrative and technical support for smooth project execution.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer, Licensed Architect, or Licensed Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineer.
• Must have at least three (3) years of experience in Construction Management.
• Must have knowledge in the computer software application such as autocad,
• Must possess strong knowledge of Project Turnover processes and requirements.
• Must have comprehensive knowledge of building construction methodologies and practices.
• Must demonstrate solid technical expertise in project implementation, construction management, and site coordination.
• Must be capable of reviewing, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Must possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Must be able to coordinate with consultants, contractors, and government authorities regarding BLS compliance and technical requirements.
• Must have a thorough understanding in the different stages of project development, including: Design Review, Construction and Installation, Project Turnover and Handover

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
