Turnover Engineer

The Turnover Engineer serves as the representative of RLC Residences during the physical turnover of unit to the buyer. S/he is responsible in ensuring that the unit is ready for turnover within the prescribed timeline from date of approval for move in. S/he also assists in the preparation of new projects prior to start of turnover such as, but not limited to the inspection of units and common areas.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Must be a licensed Civil Engineer or Architect
• Open to fresh graduates and fresh board passers!
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Willing to be assigned at our properties in Paranaque/other South areas

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php21,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
