Turnover Officer

What You'll Be Doing:

• Track the progress of unit preparation and promptly address any delays or issues that may affect turnover timelines.
• Conduct punch listing and quality control inspections to ensure units meet company standards before turnover.
• Coordinate with the Technical Department to resolve all housing-related concerns and ensure unit readiness.
• Handle incoming and outgoing documents from the Technical Department.
• Prepare job orders.
• Schedule house turnovers and inspections with clients.
• Address client concerns during ocular inspections and unit turnovers.
• Provide clients with necessary documents and requirements related to their housing units.
• Handle client housing inquiries and concerns via email and phone calls.
• Handle all incoming emails from clients regarding housing-related issues.
• Directly coordinate with the Engineer-in-Charge (EIC) on all housing concerns to ensure timely resolution and proper client assistance.
• Prepare reports on turnover status, issues encountered, and resolutions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records related to unit readiness, inspections, and turnover procedures.

What We're Looking For:

• Graduate of Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Preferably with experience in construction, housing, or turnover operations.
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Experience in leading and supervising a team is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to conduct site inspections and be assigned in General Trias and Tanza, Cavite.
