Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, organized, and motivated Turo Fleet Operations Manager to oversee the daily growing operations of our fleet of 25+ rental vehicles. The ideal candidate has hands-on Turo hosting experience and understands how to manage bookings, guests, vehicle maintenance, pricing, and overall fleet performance.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing day-to-day operations efficiently while helping maximize revenue, maintain excellent customer service, and ensure our vehicles are consistently ready for upcoming reservations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Turo operations, including bookings, reservations, and guest communications.
• Optimize vehicle pricing and availability to maximize bookings and revenue.
• Oversee vehicle cleaning, maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries, pickups, and returns.
• Maintain vehicle listings, calendars, and trip documentation.
• Resolve guest concerns and handle unexpected operational issues.
• Monitor fleet performance, expenses, and vehicle utilization.
• Coordinate cleaners, mechanics, and other service providers as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase profitability.
• Provide regular updates on fleet performance and business operations.
• Ensure compliance with Turo policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous Turo hosting experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing multiple vehicles or a rental fleet.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of vehicle pricing, bookings, and revenue optimization.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable using online platforms, apps, and spreadsheets.

We want someone who understands how to successfully operate a Turo business from beginning to end. The right person will be proactive, business-minded, and capable of managing daily operations without constant supervision.

Compensation

Starting salary of $4,000 per month, with the opportunity to earn up to $5,000 per month based on performance, experience, and achievement of established goals.
