Key Responsibilities

·         Set up and operate CNC Turret Punching Machines.

·         Read and interpret engineering drawings and production documentation.

·         Select and load appropriate tooling for production requirements.

·         Conduct first-off inspections and quality checks.

·         Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments.

·         Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping.

·         Identify and report equipment issues or production concerns.

·         Work safely and maintain compliance with workplace health and safety procedures.

·         Assist with other sheet metal fabrication activities as required.

What We Are Looking For

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience setting up and operating a CNC Turret Punching Machine.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of Sheetmetal fabrication processes.
• Experience working with a variety of Sheetmetal materials and thicknesses.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Commitment to workplace safety.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Amada, turret punching equipment.
• Forklift licence.
• Experience with CNC programming or nesting software.
• Experience in fabrication of electrical cabinets, panels.
