Responsibilities

• Foster a supportive and motivating atmosphere that encourages active participation and curiosity.
• Communicate clearly with students, parents, and guardians about progress, challenges, and next steps.
• Develop customized learning materials and resources to enhance understanding and retention.
• Support students with special education requirements by implementing tailored strategies and accommodations.
• Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions, attendance, and student achievements to track progress effectively.

Experience

• Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably with children or young learners.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with students who have diverse learning needs, including those requiring special education support.
• Strong communication skills that facilitate clear explanations and positive interactions.
• Familiarity with educational best practices and instructional techniques across various subjects.
• Prior experience working with children or in educational settings is highly desirable.
• Ability to create an encouraging environment that promotes confidence and academic success.
