We are currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Online English Tutor / Teaching Assistant to join our team. This is a fully remote, part-time opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with children and helping students improve their English skills.

We are actively hiring and looking for candidates who can begin working with us as soon as possible.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one or small-group online English tutoring to elementary, middle, and/or high school students.
• Assist students with reading comprehension, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and other English language skills.
• Help students complete homework, prepare for exams, and improve overall academic performance.
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet each student's individual needs.
• Communicate with our team regarding students' learning progress and scheduling.
• Create a supportive, engaging, and encouraging online learning environment.

Qualifications

• Must currently reside in Massachusetts.
• Strong English communication, reading, and writing skills.
• Previous tutoring, teaching, or experience working with children is preferred.
• College students, recent graduates, graduate students, and experienced educators are welcome to apply.
• Patient, responsible, organized, and comfortable working with students of different ages.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to conduct lessons online.
• Ability to begin the onboarding process promptly.
