About the role

Tutor Ekonomi responsible for teaching Economics material according to curriculum and student needs, including exam and olympiad preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Teach Economics material according to curriculum and student needs, including exam and olympiad preparation
• Develop modules, teaching materials, practice questions, and explanations of Economics content
• Teach microeconomics, macroeconomics, basic accounting, fiscal and monetary policy, and international trade concepts
• Guide students in solving calculation problems, analyzing economic cases, and interpreting data
• Train critical thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities related to economic phenomena
• Develop interactive learning methods suited to students' ability levels
• Conduct learning outcome evaluations and monitor student progress regularly
• Collaborate with academic team in developing materials, question banks, and learning programs

About you

• Minimum S1 education in Economics Education, Economics, Development Economics, Accounting, or related field
• Master microeconomics, macroeconomics, and Economics material according to teaching level
• Able to develop materials, practice questions, and explanations systematically and accurately
• Good data analysis, calculation, and problem-solving abilities
• Able to explain economic concepts simply, logically, and clearly
• Good communication, presentation, and teaching skills
• Able to use digital learning media
• Thorough, disciplined, proactive, and able to work collaboratively with team
• Teaching experience, olympiad coaching, or Economics competition achievements are valued
