Duties

• Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high performance standards
• Manage inventory control, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and purchasing to meet customer demand
• Supervise and support employee
• Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate staff
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism via phone or in-person, ensuring excellent service experiences
• Utilize POS systems for transactions, pricing adjustments, and sales reporting to support operational efficiency
• Ensure the store is clean, safe, and well-maintained
• Manager returns, exchanges, and special requests

Experience

• Proven management experience in retail store environments with a focus on sales team leadership and operational oversight
• Strong background in retail industry sales management with expertise in retail math, budgeting, and inventory management
• Demonstrated ability to supervise staff effectively while maintaining high levels of customer service excellence
• Skilled in negotiation, merchandising, and inventory control to optimize store profitability
• Experience with POS systems, cash handling procedures
• Excellent organizational skills combined with time management capabilities to prioritize tasks efficiently
