Job Title: Twilight Care Assistant

Job Summary:

7pm to 11pm

3 shifts one week

4 shifts second week

Overtime available

We are looking for a compassionate Care Assistant to join our team and provide exceptional care to individuals in need. The Care Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting residents, ensuring their well-being, and maintaining a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will assist in implementing care plans, communicating effectively with residents and colleagues, and contributing to the overall quality of care provided.

Duties:

• Communicate empathetically with residents, families, and team members
• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of individualized care plans
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure a safe and comfortable environment
• Utilize IT systems for documentation and reporting purposes
• Support daily activities within the home care setting
• Drive continuous improvement in care practices

Skills:

• Strong communication skills with a compassionate approach
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Familiarity with Home care practices and procedures
• Proficiency in IT systems for record keeping and reporting
• Understanding of developing and implementing care plans
• Experience in providing care services

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Care Assistant or similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of English language is required
• Certification in caregiving or related field is advantageous
• Ability to adapt to varying needs and situations with empathy
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
