Join Our Asphalt Crew

We are looking for an experienced Twinsteer Flocon Truck Driver to join our team in the asphalt and road construction industry, based out of Altona.

This position will commence as full-time casual employment, with the opportunity to transition to permanent employment following the successful completion of a probationary period.

We’re looking for someone with previous Flocon driving experience who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of safety, reliability and teamwork on site.

About the Role

Working alongside our asphalt crew, you will play an important role in supporting daily operations and ensuring asphalt is transported and handled safely and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating a Twinsteer Flocon truck across various asphalt and road construction sites.

• Transporting and delivering asphalt safely and efficiently.

• Working closely with the asphalt crew to support daily site operations.

• Completing daily pre-start checks and ensuring the truck is maintained in a safe, roadworthy condition.

• Following all workplace health and safety requirements and site procedures.

• Taking responsibility for the safe operation and care of your vehicle.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A current HR licence.

• Ideally previous experience operating a Flocon truck.

• Experience in asphalt, civil construction or road construction.

• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.

• A reliable, punctual and professional attitude.

• The ability to work well as part of a hardworking crew.

• Pride in your work and a willingness to get the job done properly.
