Two-Floor Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Two-Floor Supervisor to oversee daily operations across two floors, ensure smooth workflow, maintain discipline, and coordinate with staff to achieve operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily activities across two floors.
• Allocate duties and monitor staff performance.
• Ensure smooth workflow and coordination between both floors.
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional standards among employees.
• Monitor attendance, shift schedules, and staff productivity.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of the work area.
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues and report major concerns to management.
• Monitor stock, materials, and equipment, if applicable.
• Prepare daily reports and update management on floor activities.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
• Train and guide new employees when required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in floor supervision or team management preferred.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle staff effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills preferred.
• Ability to work in shifts, if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Salary: As per company standards and experience
