Role & responsibilities

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving Two Wheeler Loan business through dealer channels, direct sourcing, and market development activities. The role involves achieving sales targets, managing dealer relationships, ensuring portfolio quality, and leading a team of sales executives to maximize business growth.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual disbursement targets for Two Wheeler Loans.
• Develop and expand business through dealerships, channel partners, and direct sourcing.
• Identify new dealer opportunities and onboard high-potential partners.
• Drive market penetration and increase market share in the assigned territory.
• Conduct promotional and marketing activities to generate leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with authorized two-wheeler dealers.
• Ensure regular dealer visits and engagement.
• Resolve dealer and customer concerns promptly.
• Monitor dealer performance and drive productivity improvement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

5-10 years of experience in Retail Assets, Vehicle Finance, Two Wheeler Loans, Auto Loans, Banking, or NBFC sales.

Proven experience in dealer/channel management and sales target achievement.

Age Should be within 35 years
