We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Two Year Old Lead Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Responsibilities

• Design and implement dynamic lesson plans that incorporate curriculum development principles aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods.
• Create a warm, welcoming classroom environment that supports toddler care, behavior management, and childhood development milestones.
• Engage actively with children through age-appropriate activities that promote social skills, emotional regulation, language acquisition, and fine/gross motor skills.
• Maintain detailed documentation of each child's progress in accordance with child welfare regulations and mandated reporting laws.
• Collaborate with families to communicate developmental milestones, behavioral observations, and individualized learning goals.
• Manage classroom routines efficiently to ensure safety, engagement, and smooth transitions throughout the day.
• Incorporate special education strategies and early intervention techniques to support diverse learning needs within the classroom.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings, especially with toddlers aged two years old.
• Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, classroom management techniques, and behavior management strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to develop engaging curriculum plans that include literacy education, math activities, physical education, and Montessori-inspired lessons.
• Familiarity with mandated reporting laws related to child welfare and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with families and team members.
• Prior classroom experience in early childhood education or preschool teaching preferred; Montessori certification is a plus.
• Ability to adapt lessons for children with special needs or requiring early intervention support.
• Passion for working with young children and fostering their growth through innovative teaching methods and compassionate care.
