■ 負責商務合約之審閱、起草、協商及法律風險評估。

■ 獨立辦理集團重大投資、併購（M&A）、合資、重組、海外設點及其他重大專案之法務評估、交易架構規劃及風險控管。

■ 提供各事業單位法律諮詢及解決方案建議，協助業務推動並降低法律風險。

■ 協調各事業單位及海外據點等跨部門事項，提供即時且具商業可行性之法律支持。

■ 獨立處理重大爭議案件、客訴、違約、索賠、訴訟、仲裁及外部律師管理事宜，掌握案件進度、成本及風險。

■ 就個人資料保護及勞動法令等議題提供法律意見及專業支援。

■ 就承辦案件之重大法律風險、處理進度及改善建議，適時向主管提出報告。

■ 執行主管交辦之其他法律事務及專案工作。

■ Review, draft, negotiate, and assess legal risks of commercial contracts.

■ Independently handle legal assessment, transaction structuring, and risk management for major investment projects, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, corporate restructuring, overseas site establishment, and other strategic projects.

■ Provide legal advice and practical solutions to business units to support business operations while mitigating legal risks.

■ Collaborate with business units and overseas sites on cross-functional matters to provide timely and commercially practical legal support.

■ Independently manage major disputes, customer complaints, breach of contract matters, claims, litigation, arbitration, and external counsel management, while monitoring case progress, costs, and associated risks.

■ Provide legal advice and professional support on matters relating to personal data protection and labor laws.

■ Provide timely updates to supervisors on significant legal risks, case progress, and recommendations relating to assigned matters.

■ Perform other legal and project-related duties as assigned by management.
