- 協助規劃、準備、執行並推動本集團出口管制及法遵業務，包括但不限於出口管制法規（例如 EAR、ITAR）、反貪腐賄賂（誠信經營）、供應鏈合規及合規管理等議題之法令觀測分析、風險評估與因應、制度與規範規劃建置、導入推行（rollout）、諮詢、教育訓練與宣導等工作。
- 負責處理反貪腐賄賂(誠信經營)案件調查等工作。
- 協助風險管理相關規劃與執行。
- 參與重大專案、商業交易或跨國業務之法律風險評估，提供決策建議。
- 規劃或執行內部法律及風險管理相關教育訓練。
- 其他主管交辦之法律及風險管理相關事項。
