TX HVAC Service Tech

Job Purpose:

• As an HVAC Service Tech at Sailor's Air & Plumbing, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of heating and cooling systems through installation, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and repair HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform regular maintenance checks to prevent system failures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with heating and cooling equipment.
• Ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and support during service calls.

Required Education:

• High School Diploma

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance
• Proven track record of troubleshooting HVAC systems effectively

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
