Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Typist to handle typing, documentation, and basic data entry work. The ideal candidate should have good typing speed, accuracy, and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Type and prepare documents, letters, reports, and other office materials.
• Enter and update data accurately in computer systems.
• Maintain and organize digital and physical documents.
• Format documents using MS Word and other basic office applications.
• Proofread typed documents and correct spelling or formatting errors.
• Handle printing, scanning, and document-related tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality of office records and information.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

• 6 Months–1 Year of relevant experience as a Typist, Data Entry Operator, or similar role.
• Good typing speed with high accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
• Good spelling and grammar skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
