Typist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Typist / Copy Typing Specialist to join our growing operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately converting handwritten, scanned, or other source materials into well-formatted digital documents. This position is ideal for someone with strong typing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to complete structured tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately type and transcribe information from handwritten notes, scanned documents, images, and other source materials into digital formats.
• Review typed documents carefully to identify and correct spelling, punctuation, formatting, or transcription errors.
• Maintain consistent formatting, spacing, and document structure according to provided instructions.
• Organize completed documents and ensure files are properly named, saved, and submitted within the required deadlines.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all documents and information handled during the typing process.
• Complete assigned daily or weekly typing tasks accurately and efficiently while meeting established deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile

Previous experience in data entry, administration, or similar roles is an advantages
