Typist

We are looking for an experienced Visa Typist to handle visa applications, document typing, data entry, and visa-related administrative work. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and familiar with UAE visa procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and type visa applications and related documents accurately.
• Process UAE visa applications through relevant online portals, as authorized.
• Handle tourist visa, visit visa, and other visa-related documentation.
• Check passports, photographs, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Enter customer information into the system and maintain proper records.
• Follow up on visa applications and update customers on application status.
• Coordinate with customers, travel agents, and relevant departments regarding visa requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer documents and personal information.
• Ensure applications are submitted within the required timelines.
• Perform other visa-related administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Visa Typist in the UAE is preferred.
• Knowledge of UAE visa procedures and documentation requirements.
• Familiarity with relevant visa application portals and online systems.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and data entry.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Candidates currently residing in the UAE are preferred.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
