Tyre & Fabrication Sub Section Head (Supervisor)

Requirements:

• Min Diploma/Associate’s Degree in related Technical Engineering

• Min.3 years experienced in Maintaining & Repairing Plant Equipment in mining operations specially on fabrication activity (Strong in fabrication supervision)

• Understand about basic tyre knowledge for repair and maintenance.

• Handheld welding certification of 3G welder class or above, Welding Inspector or NDT Inspector is mostly like.

• Able to perform testing and adjusting of the equipment and understand about crack test of metal.

• Computer skilled (e.g. Ms. office)

• Willing to work on sites in flexible/extended hours to meet the company objectives

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willing to be placed in our mine site Paser East Kalimantan

Responsibilities:

• Supervise & Perform fabrication tasks such as welding, cutting, and assembling metal parts as required for maintenance and repair projects and meets the safety and regulations standards

• Install and replace tyres as needed include Perform tyre rotation, balancing, alignment, and tread depth checks including ensure proper inflation and pressure levels in all tyres, ensuring correct specifications and safety standards.

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to prevent tire failures and extend lifespan.

• Monitor and manage inventory levels of tires, tools, and materials

• Supervise & Perform fabrication tasks such as welding, cutting, and assembling metal parts as required for maintenance and repair projects

• Ensure all tire & fabrication work meets quality and safety standards

• Promote a culture of safety within the team
