We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tyre, Wheel Alignment & Accessory Fitting Technician to join our busy workshop team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys a varied role in a modern dealership environment.

About the Role

You will be responsible for:

• Performing wheel alignments to manufacturer specifications
• Fitting, balancing, rotating, and repairing tyres
• Conducting tyre inspections and providing recommendations
• Diagnosing tyre wear patterns and steering or suspension concerns
• Fitting vehicle accessories including:
  • Tow bars
  • Roof racks
  • Nudge bars
  • Running boards
  • Light bars
  • Genuine manufacturer accessories
• Assisting workshop technicians when required
• Maintaining workshop equipment and ensuring a safe working environment
• Delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Experience in tyre fitting and wheel alignments
• Experience fitting automotive accessories (preferred but not essential)
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workshop environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A current New Zealand driver's license
• Pride in producing quality work and maintaining a clean workspace
