U&F Technician

Role: Maintain and troubleshoot utility and facility systems in a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain HVAC, chillers, boilers, compressed air, purified water, and waste-treatment systems.
• Maintain cleanrooms, electrical systems, fire protection, and building facilities.
• Perform preventive/corrective maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Monitor equipment and respond to alarms, failures, and abnormalities.
• Complete GMP documentation, logbooks, work orders, and deviation reports.
• Follow SOP, GMP, EHS, permit-to-work, and LOTO requirements.
• Support contractors, projects, commissioning, qualification, and equipment start-up.
• Participate in RCA, reliability improvements, and reducing downtime.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or related field.
• 3–5 years utilities/facilities/maintenance experience.
• GMP/EHS knowledge preferred.
• CMMS and technical drawing experience preferred.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Willing to work shifts, standby/on-call, and emergencies.
