UAT BAT Testing - SCM Domain

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test and deploy Oracle SCM solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to inventory management, order management, and supply chain operations.
• Develop functional specifications for new features or enhancements in PL/SQL programming language.
• Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activities to ensure that developed solutions meet customer expectations.

Job Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience in Oracle SCM implementation projects.

• Strong understanding of SQL and PL/SQL programming languages.

• Experience with functional testing methodologies and tools.

• Analyze business requirements and functional specifications to understand business workflows.

• Create test scenarios, cases, and plans for BAT, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.

• Execute functional testing, BAT, and support UAT activities, validating end-to-end business processes.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure solution alignment and readiness.

• Identify and track defects, coordinating with development teams for resolution.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning and reviews.

• Facilitate testing discussions and meetings, keeping stakeholders informed.

• Ensure test coverage aligns with business requirements and acceptance criteria.

• Support release validation and production readiness activities.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in testing and supply chain management.

• 3-5 years of experience in Functional Testing, BAT, and UAT is mandatory.

• Strong requirement analysis, test design, and execution skills are essential.

• Good understanding of Supply Chain Management processes, especially Order-to-Cash and Inventory Management.

• Hands-on knowledge of Oracle SCM modules, including Order Management and Inventory, is required.

• Basic PL/SQL knowledge and SQL query execution experience is a must.

• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools is preferred.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ceremonies is advantageous.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are vital.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering or Computer Science, is expected.
