UAT Tester - Contract

The Company

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a UAT Tester to support system enhancements and transformation initiatives within the Compensation function. This role will focus on testing compensation, payroll, and finance - related projects while working closely with business and technology stakeholders.

The Role

• Conduct end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for advisor remuneration, commission management, and related business system enhancements
• Develop and maintain test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and testing documentation to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Execute test cases, identify and document defects, and work closely with business users and technology teams to drive issue resolution.
• Validate system changes and ensure business requirements are accurately implemented before production release.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on projects involving advisor remuneration, payroll operations, policy servicing, and servicing rights transfers.

Your Profile

• Hands-on experience in UAT, system implementation, business analysis, or testing within financial services.
• Experience supporting commission, sales incentive, finance or payroll-related processes is highly preferred.
• Exposure to financial services, investment, banking, or wealth management, or distribution systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage stakeholders across business and technology teams.
