🌟 About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on UCaaS Deployment Engineer to help deploy, configure, and support hosted VoIP and PBX solutions for U.S.-based customers.

In this role, you'll work directly with customers to understand their existing telephony environments, configure new systems, support migrations, and ensure smooth transitions to cloud-based communication platforms.

Experience with NetSapiens is highly preferred, but not required! If you have a solid background in UCaaS, VoIP, or PBX deployments and are interested in learning a new platform, we'd love to hear from you.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• ☎️ Deploy, configure, and maintain hosted UCaaS/VoIP environments, primarily using NetSapiens.
• ⚙️ Configure PBX systems, SIP trunks, extensions, E911, and calling features.
• 📱 Register, provision, and configure physical IP phones, including Yealink and Polycom devices.
• 🔄 Support customer migrations from legacy hosted PBX platforms to NetSapiens.
• 🤝 Work directly with customers to gather technical requirements, assess existing configurations, and plan deployments.
• 🧪 Coordinate pre-deployment testing, validate functionality, and support customer cutovers.
• 🔍 Troubleshoot technical issues and provide post-deployment support.
• 📞 Coordinate number-porting requests with the internal carrier team.
• ☁️ Support NetSapiens environments hosted in Oracle Cloud.

✅ Requirements

• Hands-on experience deploying and configuring UCaaS, VoIP, or PBX platforms.
• Ability to configure PBX environments, SIP trunks, extensions, and endpoint phones.
• Experience troubleshooting voice and telephony-related issues.
• Comfortable communicating directly with customers to gather requirements and support deployments.
• Willingness to learn and work with NetSapiens.
• 3+ years of relevant experience preferred .

🛠 Technical Skills

Experience with one or more of the following platforms is valuable:

• NetSapiens (highly preferred)
• Cisco BroadWorks
• Metaswitch / MetaSphere
• 3CX
• Asterisk / FreePBX
• Cisco Webex Calling
• Microsoft Teams Phone / Direct Routing
• SkySwitch, RingLogix, PortaSwitch, or Thirdlane

Additional relevant experience:

• SIP Trunking, VoIP, and Hosted PBX
• IP Phone Provisioning (Yealink / Polycom)
• Extensions, Call Routing, and E911
• Customer Migrations and Deployment Testing
• Cloud-Hosted Telephony Environments

💰 Compensation: Payroll: 35K MXN - 43K MXN // Direct 43K MXN - 53K MXN + Benefits
