UG NX_HPDC Design & Development

• Design and develop high-pressure die casting components, ensuring adherence to engineering standards and specifications.
• Hands on Experience with design software NX creating and modifying 3D casting designs & manufacturing Drawings
• Collaborate with product development teams to understand requirements and provide design solutions.
• Analyze and optimize casting processes to improve efficiency, reduce defects, and enhance product quality.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including design specifications, process instructions, and technical reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tooling, processes, and product quality.
• Work closely with production teams to implement designs and ensure smooth transition from development to manufacturing.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in high-pressure casting.
• 3 to 9 yrs of Exp.
