UGC Manager (Part-Time)

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and creator-savvy UGC Manager to help build a consistent pipeline of high-quality user-generated content for a cluster eyelash brand.

Your primary responsibility will be finding, contacting, gifting products to, and building relationships with UGC creators and influencers across Australia, New Zealand, the United States, and Canada.

This is a hands-on role focused on taking creator outreach from:

Research → Outreach → Agreement → Product Gifting → Content Posted → Results Tracked

As the brand scales its paid advertising efforts, there will be opportunities to grow into a larger Creator Partnerships / Influencer Marketing role.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreator Outreach

• Research and identify UGC creators who are a strong fit for the brand and product
• Focus heavily on creators in Australia and New Zealand while also sourcing creators in the US and Canada
• Find potential creators through TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
• Send personalized DMs and outreach messages
• Introduce the brand and explain the UGC/product gifting opportunity
• Follow up consistently with interested creators
• Maintain an active pipeline of potential creators and partnerships

Product Gifting Partnerships

The initial partnership model will primarily be:

Free Product → Creator Creates Content / Shoutout

You will:

• Coordinate product gifting with approved creators
• Collect shipping information
• Track products sent and received
• Follow up to confirm product delivery
• Communicate content expectations clearly
• Build positive relationships with creators
• Help transition strong creators into paid UGC partnerships as the program grows

UGC Content Tracking

Maintain an organized system for every creator partnership, including:

• Creator name and social handles
• Location/country
• Contact information
• Date contacted
• Outreach status
• Partnership status
• Product sent/received
• Expected content date
• Content/post URL
• Date content was posted
• Content type
• Views, likes, comments, shares, and other relevant metrics
• Potential for future paid UGC partnerships

The goal is to ensure that no creator opportunity or content partnership falls through the cracks.

Social Media Monitoring & Reporting

• Monitor when gifted creators publish content
• Collect links to UGC content
• Track basic performance metrics
• Identify high-performing creators and content
• Provide regular reports on outreach activity and results
• Recommend creators for additional gifting or paid partnerships
• Identify patterns in UGC content that generate strong engagement

Creator Relationship Management

We want to build long-term creator relationships rather than one-time transactions.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining relationships with existing creators
• Following up after content goes live
• Identifying opportunities for additional content
• Tracking top-performing creators
• Helping transition strong creators from gifting partnerships to paid UGC partnerships

Qualifications

You’d be a great fit if you:

• Have experience with UGC, influencer marketing, creator outreach, social media, or e-commerce
• Understand Instagram and TikTok culture
• Can identify creators based on content quality and relevance, not just follower count
• Have strong written English and communicate naturally through DMs
• Are comfortable sending a high volume of outreach messages
• Are organized and detail-oriented
• Consistently follow up without being reminded
• Are comfortable using spreadsheets, CRM systems, or project management tools
• Have a good eye for attractive and engaging beauty/lifestyle content
• Understand the importance of content quality and audience relevance
• Can work independently in a remote environment

Bonus Experience

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

• Beauty or cosmetics brands
• Lash, makeup, skincare, or fashion creators
• TikTok Shop or TikTok creators
• Instagram Reels
• UGC for paid advertisements
• Influencer gifting campaigns
• Affiliate marketing
• Meta or TikTok advertising
• Creator databases or influencer platforms
• Campaign performance tracking

Success Metrics

Success in this role may be measured by:

• Number of qualified creators researched
• Number of creators contacted
• Response rate
• Number of creators who agree to partnerships
• Products successfully gifted
• Number of UGC pieces generated
• Percentage of creators who publish content
• UGC engagement and views
• Number of creators converted into repeat or paid partnerships
• Overall value of UGC generated

The goal is to consistently generate a strong pipeline of quality video content and creator partnerships.

We’re looking for a self-starter who sees a creator opportunity and takes initiative to pursue it.

Compensation

• ₱32,000 per month during the probationary period
• Up to ₱36,000 per month after successful completion of the 6-month probationary period, subject to satisfactory performance and positive feedback, plus applicable benefits and bonuses
• Up to ₱40,000 per month after completing 24 months with the company, subject to continued satisfactory performance, positive feedback, and achievement of agreed-upon scorecard metrics
