is part of the UGS-IT management team, closely cooperating with UGS Head of IT, and is specifically:

• Caring for a productive, economically successful IT service unit „UGS-IT“, that is well rated by clients as service provider and by employees as employer
• Maintaining existing IT business connections, care for client on top level,

collaborate closely with Delivery Leads and People teams on planning and staffing

• Developing IT business opportunities within and outside of UNIQA group
• Keeping UGS-IT services competitive by observing, investigating and probing technologies relevant for targeted markets
• Caring to keep UGS-IT as a whole and specifically its staff skill-wise and technologically up-to-date foreseeable market demands
• Contribute within UGS-IT management team to strengthen and optimize the UGS-IT organizational setup
• Reporting to superior entities and within UGS-IT itself about business dynamics

Čo ti ponúkame Od 2 500 EUR/mesiac

from 2.500 € per month - guaranteed 13th and 14th salary. The base salary starts at €2.500 gross per month, depending on the candidate’s seniority, and is guaranteed to be paid 14 times a year.
