UI / Brand / Graphic Designer Full-Time

We're looking for a talented UI / Brand / Graphic Designer to join our team full-time at our Sofia office. If you're passionate about creating beautiful interfaces, memorable brands, and impactful visual communication - and you enjoy working on diverse international projects - this role is for you. Every week brings something different: designing digital products, crafting brand identities, creating marketing campaigns, building presentations for global companies, designing exhibition experiences, and exploring the latest AI-powered creative workflows. If variety excites you more than repetition, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do

• Design modern websites, web applications, and mobile interfaces
• Create brand identities, logos, visual systems, and brand guidelines
• Design marketing materials, presentations, social media visuals, digital campaigns, and sales collateral
• Develop visual concepts for landing pages and product launches
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, marketers, and creative directors
• Contribute ideas - not just execution - to creative and product discussions
• Explore and integrate AI tools into your creative workflow

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in UI, Brand, or Graphic Design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both digital and visual design
• Excellent skills in Figma
• Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Strong typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling skills
• Attention to detail and a passion for pixel-perfect execution
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Good written and spoken English

Bonus Points

• Experience with motion design or animation
• Illustration skills
• Experience designing for B2B or technology companies
• Experience with AI design tools
• Basic understanding of UX principles
• Experience working with design systems
